How It Works

From Scrap to
Premium Alloy

Collection
We pick up or accept drop-off of aluminium scrap — cans, extrusions, castings, sheet, foil, and mixed alloy. No minimum weight required for walk-in customers.

Processing
Material is shredded, de-coated, and sorted by alloy family using automated XRF scanners and eddy-current systems for maximum purity.

Smelting
Clean charges enter our 40-ton induction furnaces. Hydrogen de-gassing and flux treatment produce molten aluminium with less than 0.1% impurity.

Delivery
Cast ingots, T-bars, or liquid metal are delivered with full COAs, chemistry reports, and traceability documentation to your facility.
